Unequal access to early learning
Many young children, especially in remote and underserved areas, have no access to quality early learning, so they start school without the foundations they need.

We believe that potential exists in every child, family, and young person, but access to the right resources, support, and opportunities is not always equal. Al Hadeel works to turn that potential into meaningful opportunities for learning, development, and growth.
Potential is everywhere in Jordan, but access is not. In the communities we serve, three gaps keep children, families and young people from moving forward.

Many young children, especially in remote and underserved areas, have no access to quality early learning, so they start school without the foundations they need.
Parenting guidance and maternal mental-health awareness are hard to find, leaving many families to face the challenges of early childhood alone.
Young people finish their studies with knowledge, but without the practical experience, tools and connections the job market asks for.
Behind every gap is a person. These are situations we meet again and again in the communities we work with.
Without early learning, a child starts school without the first literacy, numeracy and social skills their classmates already have, and the gap often widens year after year.
A new mother copes with exhaustion and anxiety with no parenting guidance or mental-health awareness, and no one to reassure her that what she feels is common and that help exists.
After years of study, a young graduate applies for jobs with a certificate but no projects to show, and hears again and again that experience is required.
A young person in Karak or Ma'an hears about a training course or networking event in Amman, but cannot afford the transport to get there.
These are illustrative situations drawn from the needs we see, not individual testimonials.
Al Hadeel was founded on a belief that opportunity should never be determined by where someone is born, where they live, or the resources available to their family.
My journey towards establishing Al Hadeel came from a desire to contribute to something bigger than myself: creating meaningful opportunities for people who have the potential to achieve more but may not always have access to the support, resources, and connections they need.
I believe that education goes beyond classrooms, empowerment goes beyond training, and sustainable development begins when people are given the opportunity to participate, grow, and shape their own futures.
This organization is not simply about delivering programmes. It is about creating opportunities that can make a lasting difference in peopleβs lives.
Our work begins with a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to build a better future.
Founder, Al Hadeel Education Support Services
When potential meets the right support, everything changes. Our mission and vision describe the future we are working towards, and the pathway that leads there.
Al Hadeel Education Support Services is a Jordanian organization dedicated to bridging gaps in access to education, community support, and professional opportunities. Through practical, inclusive, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to empower children, support families, and equip young people with the skills and experience they need to build better futures.
A Jordan where children, families, and young people can access the support, learning, and opportunities they need to thrive.
We are moving away from βtrain, finish, search aloneβ towards one continuous pathway:
Practical, inclusive and community-driven programmes in education, livelihoods and social protection, from early childhood to the first job.

A long-term capacity-building programme that identifies motivated university students and develops them into responsible, skilled and socially engaged youth leaders throughout their entire university journey.

A community space that brings early learning and family support together: free early learning for young children, practical parenting workshops, and awareness sessions on maternal mental health.

An intensive, hands-on workshop that teaches participants aged 18 and above to find a story, film it, record clean sound and edit it into a documentary film or visual report.

A mobile technical learning and industry experience programme that brings labs, mentors and companies to university students and recent graduates across Jordan.
Al Hadeel Education Support Services was established to empower Jordanian communities, particularly in remote and underserved areas, to access quality education, sustainable livelihoods and social protection services.
We implement an integrated approach that combines financial assistance, education-related support, livelihood empowerment and social inclusion, because real change happens when all four work together.
Promoting social inclusion, protection and equal access to services for all vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities.
Integrating psychological and social support into every activity, because wellbeing and learning are inseparable.
Ensuring beneficiaries actively participate in serving their communities, not just receiving services.
Respecting cultural sensitivity and community traditions in every programme we design.
Guaranteeing equal opportunities for both genders and actively empowering people with disabilities in all initiatives.
Every child, family and young person we reach is supported by people who chose to get involved. There is a place for you too.
We are building a space where young children can access free early learning, parents can join parenting workshops, and mothers can find awareness and support around mental health. Your contribution can help equip the space and keep it free for the families who need it most.
Fund early learning places, workshop materials, transport allowances and the everyday running of our programmes.
